I had 2 tubs leak that caused water damage to my kitchen and garage ceilings.The first company I called out told me I’d have to cut out about a 12 foot section of the ceiling in my kitchen, about the same in the garage totaling $2k for the demo and dry out and $4k for the repair.My experience with the first company wasn’t great to begin with, so after receiving the quote I called Steve in search of a second opinion.
